User Guide for Sophia Archives
Eligibility
All users may access the archives for research purposes. Browsing is available by advance reservation only. Please submit your request at least one week before your preferred visit date.
Application Procedure
- Send the application form by email or postal mail to Sophia Archives.
- We will check whether the materials can be viewed, provide the catalog, and confirm the schedule.
Notes
- Same-day requests for material retrieval and viewing cannot be accommodated.
- Please apply well in advance, as it generally takes about one week from request to viewing.

Closed: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and other holidays designated by Sophia School Corporation
